WINTER TEXTILES
 
4 week ONLINE course - Starts 7th November until 28th November.

Level: Beginner/Intermediate. 
 
A stitching practice is the perfect thing to carry you through into Winter!
 
In each week's 90 minute long relaxed zoom workshop I'll share some of my favourite techniques and my own personal hints and tips. And together, with you, I hope to provide you with a community of supportive, like minded participants!
 
Join me for some weekly quiet time amongst the festive frenzy; stitching away on personal projects that you've been developing over the course of the year or working through a range of demonstrated winter inspired textile craft projects.
 
​Finish the year off with pieces to decorate the home, tree, or just feeling a little more centred!
 
You will cover the following techniques:
This course is fairly flexible depending on the participants and what they want to do – but I’ll have a few winter craft projects up my sleeve for each week.
 
Materials you may need: 
 
As above, this course is a bit more flexible in terms of content but the projects I’ll have will generally be textiles based so things that might be handy to have include:
 
Fabric
Embroidery thread 
Embroidery needle
Something to mark on fabric – e.g. tailors chalk, erasable pens, frixion pens etc.
A ruler (or quilting ruler if you have one)
Scissors / snips
Paper and Drawing pen / pencil
